Privacy Policy
This notice describes how LIMOS AND CARS LIMITED (company number 09642106) handles personal data collected through this website. It is issued under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is the UK supervisory authority.

What we collect
When you send a quote or contact form we typically receive:
- name;
- email address (required, so we can reply);
- telephone number;
- occasion, vehicle preference, date, passenger numbers, collection and destination;
- anything you write in the notes field;
- your confirmation that you have read the Legal notice, this Privacy Policy and the Terms of hire.
The Site also processes technical data needed to deliver pages (IP address and security logs via the web host). See Cookies.
Why we process it
Forms are used only to handle a transactional enquiry: to understand the hire you are asking about and to reply. We do not use these forms to add you to a marketing mailing list.
Legal bases include your consent (the required checkbox and sending the form) and steps at your request prior to a contract. We may keep a record of the correspondence where we need to show what was asked and what we answered.
Who receives the data
The form is processed on our hosting account and emailed to bookings@limoandcarhire.co.uk. The host processes data only to run the server. We do not sell enquiry data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a normal business record of the hire discussion. We then delete or archive it according to that purpose.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object to processing, subject to UK GDPR. Write to bookings@limoandcarhire.co.uk. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
You may withdraw consent for a pending enquiry by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed in order to reply.
Children
The Site is aimed at adults booking chauffeur hire. We do not knowingly collect children’s data through the forms. A booking that includes young passengers is still made by an adult.
